I would like to file a complaint regarding a major miscommunication with your front desk staff. I called in to your centre a few days ago and I asked about when the drop in times would be available today. The staff member told me that the session run from 4pm - 5pm and that there were still sports available. When I arrived to your facility to participate in the session, the staff stopped me at the door and told me I could not come in because I had not pre-registered for the session, and that there were no spots left. I drove 30-minutes to campus to attend your drop-in, and no one told me I needed to pre-register. What are your drop-in booking protocols and why wasn’t I told about these new rules? The staff member wouldn’t make an exception for me and I was told I would have to try again tomorrow. This is unacceptable and I would like and explanation. I have not had a good experience and I am extremely disappointed. Please email me back ASAP.
